Frank Puckett, OD
Dr. Puckett specializes in pediatric optometry and vision therapy. He enjoys working with children and adults with strabismus, amblyopia and visual-related learning problems. Dr. Puckett also specializes in the treatment of individuals with vision and visual-perceptual dysfunction resulting from head and brain injury.

Joanne Hendrick, OD
Dr. Hendrick practices general optometry with a special interest in the fitting of contact lenses. A member of the American Optometric Association Contact Lens Section, she especially enjoys working with the newest materials available. This accounts for her high success rate with patients who are previous contact lens failures as well as those with difficult prescriptions.

Thomas Wilson, OD
Dr. Wilson practices general optometry with a special interest in sports vision. He has done extensive research with the Air Force Academy athletic department, working with teams in several sports. Dr. Wilson also works with patients who have learning related visual problems and vision problems secondary to head injury.

David Guhl, OD
Dr. Guhl practices general optometry and primary care for patients of all ages. Prescribing glasses, contact lenses and treating many types of eye diseases are a rewarding challenge to him. Additional interests include frequent vision screening trips to area schools, migrant worker clinics in southern Colorado and volunteer trips to Central America.

Staci Perea McMullen, OD
Dr. Perea McMullen is a 2000 graduate of the Pacific University College of Optometry where she graduated with distinction. In 2004 Dr. McMullen earned her Fellowship in Binocular Vision, and she specializes in pediatric optometry and the treatment of visually related learning problems. Dr. McMullen also practices general optometry which includes family eye care, treatment of dry eyes, ocular disease, LASIK and cataract surgery co-management, and contact lens fitting. Dr. McMullen has worked with and lectured extensively at local schools to emphasize the importance of efficient visual functioning. She is an active member of the American Optometric Association, Colorado Optometric Association and the Southern Colorado Optometric Society. Dr. Perea McMullen is married and has two daughters.

Cynthia Cid, OD
Dr. Cynthia Cid has a special interest in treating ocular disease, many times allowing for early detection and treatment of systemic illnesses. Dr. Cid received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Modern Languages from Stephen F. Austin State University and earned her Doctorate of Optometry from Southern College of Optometry in 2004. Following graduation, she completed a residency in Ocular Disease including management of cataracts, LASIK, glaucoma, and diabetic patients. She has completed the Anterior Segment Laser Certification and has successfully treated secondary cataracts and glaucoma patients with this modality. Dr. Cid is a member of the American Optometric Association as well as the Colorado Optometric Association.

Thaddeus Daniel, OD
Dr. Thaddeus Daniel practices general optometry with a special interest in dry eye disease and ocular disease (eye infections, glaucoma) PRK/LASIK and cataract co-management.
Dr. Daniel is a 1990 graduate from the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago, Illinois. Having graduated as a Certified Diagnostic and Therapeutic Optometrist, Dr. Daniel moved back to Wisconsin and practiced for sixteen years in Green Bay before selling his two office practice. While in Wisconsin he was one of only two dozen optometrists who received certification to do photorefractive keratectomy surgery (PRK). Since his move to Colorado and joining our CHVC team in January 2008, he has taken over as our dry eye specialist for dry eye disease which has become very prevalent with our aging population, especially here with Colorado’s dry climate.
Dr. Daniel enjoys biking, hiking and skiing with his wife and four daughters when you can get him off of his Harley Davidson.
